GENSTAR MONTESSORI, PLANO, TX Award Winner: 2020 ASID Celebrating Design Texas, Corporate (Small) - 1st Place

Genstar Montessori offers preschool programs and childcare for children age 6 weeks to 6yrs. The name Genstar - next Generation Stars, was the inspiration for the design. The idea was to create a world of stars, by introducing star shaped characters with personalities that give positive message to the young students of the school. An open book created in the lobby introduces these Star characters to the children. On entering the hallway, kids are immersed in this world with sky like ceiling and artwork on walls that further encourage them to interact and explore.
